These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by monitorsslcertificates.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup.
2. Acceptable use
- You may only monitor hostnames that you own or are authorised to monitor.
- You will not use the Service to probe or attack systems you do not own.
- You will not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the free SSL checker, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- You will not resell access to the Service without written permission.
3. Plans and billing
The service is currently offered free of charge. The free plan covers up to 10 hostnames per account. We may introduce paid plans in the future with at least 30 days' notice; if we do, existing free accounts will not be moved to a paid plan without your consent.
4. Alerts and notifications
We send email alerts at 30, 15, 7, 1, and 0 days before a monitored certificate expires. We do our best to deliver every alert on time, but we are not liable for delivery delays caused by email providers, network issues, or force majeure events.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. The free plan is provided as-is, with best-effort availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
